The Molten Metal Pyrometer Model MFP-200 is a compact unit suitable for measuring the temperature of molten metal in small castings factories and foundries. This simplified unit belongs to the family of Artech Molten Metal Temperature Measuring Systems which are in use since 1987.

The MFP-200 is a wall mounting, mains operated instrument and is used with a 8 ft lance which is connected to the instrument by means of a cable of suitable length.
